In this blog post I lay out the details of what has been going on in the Cave Creek and Carefree real estate market for the last month.  With many people stuck home for the better part of March and AZ students dismissed from school for the year, one would think we would see a trend towards a Buyer’s market in our area.  And maybe even a stabilization or decrease in home values.  However, the truth might surprise you.  In this video I break down the overall real estate market for the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree.  And then I get super detailed about what is happening in each price point.
