The Scottsdale real estate market was on fire this past August, 2020.  After weeks of crazy high temps over 110 F, inventory remained at a mind-boggling low and demand (which was already high) went higher. What is incredible this month in the Scottsdale real estate market, is that numbers were released last month showing that the number of people moving to Arizona is up over 15% over last year. This means that we will likely continue to see a lack of inventory in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
