Below you can get a quick glimpse of the stats covered in the video. Are things moving toward a buyers market? Well, in reality they are vacillating in the stable/even market range, with different price points falling into different catagories.

As you can see in the next graphic, the Scottsdale real estate market ended November ’22 with a wide variety of different market conditions across all price points. Those numbers for this past month, as well as last years Scottsdale real estate market stats are provided from the Arizona Regional MLS via Rapid Stats below. The important thing to keep in mind, however, is that last year was NOT a normal year. And neither was the 2020 Housing Market for that matter. So while comparing YOY data to see what has changed is incredibly important. One has to remember that we should begin comparing the middle and end of the 2022 housing market with that of more normal housing markets past… like between 2014 and 2018.
